Terms of service · updated 18 September 2026

The terms, in plain English.

Supercrontab is operated by Teelyshop Labs LLC. By creating an account or calling the API you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose; if something is unclear, write to hello@supercrontab.com and a person will answer.

1. What the service is

Supercrontab calls URLs you configure on a schedule you set, keeps a record of each call, and alerts you when calls fail. It also lets you create mock endpoints that answer with responses you configure and log the requests they receive. The service is provided over the web at supercrontab.com and through the API described at /docs.

We may add, change or remove features. When a change removes something you rely on, we announce it on the pricing page and by email at least 30 days ahead.

2. Your account

You need an account to create jobs and endpoints. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, and the information you give us must be accurate. You are responsible for everything done with your account and for keeping your password, API tokens and credentials safe. Tell us at once if you think an account or token has been compromised.

One person may hold one Free account. Teams share a Team plan rather than sharing one login.

3. Acceptable use

You may only schedule calls to URLs you own or are allowed to call. Do not use Supercrontab to overload, probe, scrape or attack a third party, to send unsolicited messages, or to break any law or anyone else's terms. We block private and internal network addresses and enforce the rate limits of your plan; trying to get around either is a breach of these terms.

Mock endpoints are for testing. Do not use them to store or relay data you are not allowed to hold, personal data of people who have not agreed, or anything illegal. Endpoint logs are visible only to the account that owns the endpoint.

We may suspend or delete jobs, endpoints or accounts that break these rules, and we will tell you why unless the law prevents it.

4. Plans, billing and refunds

The Free plan is free and does not expire. Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, in euro, through our payment provider Stripe. Prices and limits are on the pricing page; the limits that apply to your account are the ones shown there for your plan on the day of use. Prices exclude VAT where VAT applies.

You can cancel from your account page at any time. Cancellation stops future charges; you keep the paid features until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds follow our refund policy: full refund within 14 days of any charge, unused months of a yearly plan refunded on cancellation, and a full refund for any month in which we miss 99.9% uptime.

If a payment fails we retry and email you. After 14 days without payment the account drops to the Free plan and jobs beyond the Free limits are paused, not deleted.

5. Availability and support

We aim for 99.9% monthly uptime of the scheduler and back that with the refund above. We do not promise that every call fires at the exact second, that your target answers, or that the service is free of errors. Scheduled maintenance is announced ahead of time and kept short.

Support is by email at hello@supercrontab.com; the customer support page says what to include and how fast we answer. Team plans get a reply within one business day; other plans usually the same, without a promise.

6. Your data and ours

Everything you put into Supercrontab (job settings, credentials, endpoint responses, logs) stays yours. You give us the permission we need to store and process it in order to run the service, and nothing more. How we handle it is in the privacy policy.

The Supercrontab software, site, documentation and name belong to Teelyshop Labs LLC. You may not copy the service or resell it as your own. Code snippets on the cron guide pages are free to use for any purpose.

7. Liability

Supercrontab is a tool you place in a chain of systems you control. Except where the law does not allow it, Teelyshop Labs LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss (lost profit, lost data, a report that did not go out) arising from the service, and our total liability to you in any twelve-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else the law says cannot be limited.

You agree to cover us for claims by third parties that come from your breach of section 3.

8. Ending the agreement

You can delete your account at any time from the account page. That removes your jobs, endpoints, logs and tokens within 24 hours, and your billing records after the period we must keep them for tax law.

We can end the agreement with 30 days' notice, or immediately if you breach section 3 or do not pay. If we end it without cause we refund any prepaid, unused time.

9. Changes and law

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced by email and on this page 30 days before they take effect; continuing to use the service after that date means you accept them. The date at the top is the version that applies.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute goes to the state or federal courts located in Montana, except that consumers in the EU and UK keep the protection and the courts of their own country where the law gives them that right.
